Graham,
Had to get out the almanac to convert your measurements. I think it will be 20 years before Annie catches up with your tortoises. She has been eating a lot lately and instead of going in her house and sticking her nose in the corner, she sits facing the door and as soon as she sees me throw in a hibiscus flower or rose she is out the door. I weighed and measured her today. She is 30oz. and 6 1/4 inches. By the time she reaches 5 years in a couple of months it looks like she is going to make it pass 2 pounds. Only 26 to go and she will have caught up with Jack(lol).

: : : I'm one of those people who think some of the foods Graham is feeding, shouldn't be feed to a sulcata.
: : : Okay, I'm not trying to insult anyone and I don't claim to be an expert, as EJ said, to each his own.
: : : But if I'm correct I think there is at least one difference between Grahams sulcata and yours EJ.
: : : Speedy at what 3-4 years is 8"?
: : : One of Grahams sulcata which is around the same age is 18".
: : : Graham,please corect me if I'm wrong.
: : : And once again I'm just pointing out the size difference, growth rate of two torts on very different diets, nothing else.
