HELP!! NOSEBLEED

My 2 year old sulcatta has had a nosebleed for the past two days. From what I've read about nosebleeds in humans is that they can be caused from dry air, and you should treat with vaseline or neosporin and a humidifyer, but that they are not serious. Has anyone else experienced this problem in a tortoise?
Are nosebleeds serious in tortoises? HELP!!
