Testudo terrestris

I bought a Spur Thighed tortoise at a pet store with the scientific name Testudo terrestris. I have found an abundance of info about African Spur Thighed, but this species seems to be different. Is there any info out there about my species? Please let me know if anyone has seen or heard of this species. Is it referred to by a different name? Thank you
