Hi,
you must get her to a vet asap, there could be a number of reasons for her symptom. But I expect that without a vet visit she will not improve and could infact go downhill fast.
Keep her warm, but not too hot, don't let her get damp and get her to a vet asap would be my advise.

Scroll down the forum for info on Russian torts,(it's just Russian tortoise, not Russian box tortoise) read all the posts and replies re Russian Torts.

But getting her to a vet should be your number one priority at the moment. You'll find a Nation wide listing of reptile vets here:

http://www.sonic.net/melissk/society.html

Call the ones nearest you first to find the vet most experienced with torts, don't delay.

You'll find some info on Russian torts here:

http://www.tortoisetrust.org/articles/horsfield_habitat.html

And here:

There is a great Russian Tortoise email list, it's free to subscribe and will put you intouch with many other Russian Tortoise keepers/breeders, experts and new keepers!
Maybe you'll find somebody in your area who knows a good vet close by. I highly recommend you subscribe, it's free and you can unsub any time. You'll find a link to the list below.
Hope this helps and that you find and get it to a vet soon. Make sure the vet also checks for internal parasites, worms.
Best of luck, keep us up dated.
Terry.
