At 10+ inches there should be no guess involved in a normal leopard as far as sexing from shell shape. The morphological differences should be well defined by then.
: I'm sure in the UK the Tortoise Trust might be able to help you out, depending on where you are located. They have members all over the UK so someone might be able to guesstimate sex. Although it might be difficult to sex until the tortoise reaches sexual maturity. The plastron shape and size is really just a guessing game...can be accurate sometimes but not always. Are you trying to breed or just wanted to know? Go to the following link and send an email at that site. That should do it. :)
