breeding russian torts

I was thinking of breeding Russian Tortoises one day. It would be nice to see some captive bred Russians on the market. I have a few questions about this, though:

1) My male russian tortoise is 4 years old now, how long until he is of breeding age?

2) Has anyone seen or interacted with a captive bred Russian? I heard they are much more fun and tame.

3) What are some necessary conditions for breeding? Is there any important information I should be aware of?

4) Most importantly, is there a web site with good information pertaining to breeding russian tortoises?

Any information I can get is greatly appreciated.
