Smaller sized tortoise..

I wanted to know what,besides Russians,are on the smaller size.I already have a red foot,but I know there are smaller ones but don't know how to go about finding out.The picture below of Christine holding her tortoise is the size I would like full grown to give an idea.Thanks.
