if you scroll down the forum you'll find quite a few posts regarding Russian tortoises.
Please take some time to read them, as many questions will be answered that way.
If you find after reading all the Russian tortoise posts that your questions haven't been answered, post again.
You will find links to tortoise related web sites at the end of many posts.
And as recommended by the previous poster, subscribing to a tortoise list is a good idea.
There's one just for Russian tort keepers.

Then do a search for Russian Tortoise,and horsfieldi you'll find two Russian tortoise email lists.
It's free to subscribe and will put you in contact with many other Russian tortoise keepers, beginners/experts and breeders.
