: What diet are you feeding it ? cabbage certainly shouldn't be included, unless in extreme moderation.
: In addition to providing cuttlebone in the enclosure , a good calcium and D3 supplement should be sprinkled regularly on it's food. (Nutrobal, or Vionate is availabe in the UK, I think the U.S version is Repcal ?)

: : I need some help with my Russian. She is 6 and a little while ago today i noticed that a little part of her shell above her neck had fallen off.I'm thinking it could be she does'nt get enough calcium because i have never given a calcium supplement. So today i got her some cuttlebone and sprinkled a bit on it's food and now she just ate a little bit of the cabbage and didnt eat any moreof it.Has any one got any ideas on what i could do about the shell? Also it is quite sharp at the edge so anyone got any ideas what i could do for that? This is the last question, anyone know any ways of disguising the cuttlebone
Is cuttlebone not a good enough calcium supplement? I will try and get some nutrobal or vionate tomorrow.any ideas where i'd get it.
Also do you know what could have caused the bit of shell to fall off.Is it serious?I have been feeding cabbage ever since i got her....should i stop.
