This little guy has gained about 3 grams since I've had him, but he lost a gram of weight this past week. The other little one has gained almost 8 grams, and I see her eating all the time. I have been feeding them mixed greens along with endives and then cactus berries for a treat. I also keep them indoors, but I have a UVA/AVB "iguana" flourescent light that I turn on for about 12hrs a day.
I know what you mean about damaging organs by pressing too hard, and I was very careful when I done this. He's such a little guy that I'm always extremely careful when I pick him up. Maybe he's had the soft plaston all along, but I want to be sure this is a normal thing for one this age. I'm sure they're soft when they first hatch, but I'm suprised that it's still soft on him. Thanks for the reply!
