Check out the pond liners at places like home
depot. I got one (160 gallon size) and
it has approximately 20 sq ft of space
for $100. There is a deep, recessed section
in the middle that you can fill with soil/mulch
to give the torts a place to dig. It sits
on the floor without additional support.
I use one for my box turtles.
I wouldn't recommend it for species that get
larger than a box turtle. The 160 gallon
isn't deep enough along the sides to stop
a larger tort from crawling over the edge.
