Niki, perhaps that is what you were thinking of? Flagyl (Metronidazole) is used for anerobic bacterial infections. Another antibiotic trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (one brand name is Septra) is also useful for reptiles with coccidia infections. I'm not familiar with any antibiotic that is effective against worms however.
