I wanted to be sure I was doing the right things for my babies, and from what I read on the webpage on shell care, it sounds like I'm on the right path. I do soak my babies every day or so (sometimes in the morning & sometimes in the evening) and while doing this, I take a q-tip and clean their shell and plaston. They really seem to like it and will move their heads in and out of their shells and make "gurgling" noises in the water. It is just so cute to see them doing this and while they are in their soaking dish (which is a tupperware bowl lid) they will look back and forth at each other to see what the other one is doing. It's so funny and this will go on for about a minute every time they're soaked.
