Russians....my favorite topic.
Yes they are an arid species......but that doesn't mean bone dry.
Most of the time cypress mulch comes pretty wet....let it dry out a few days. The nice part about it is it can be reused. Flush it clean with a hose...let it dry out....lasts almost forever.
