How come Cypress Mulch is the best subtrate and it's so moist? : Russians....my favorite topic. : Yes they are an arid species......but that doesn't mean bone dry. : Most of the time cypress mulch comes pretty wet....let it dry out a few days. The nice part about it is it can be reused.
