Find a source for Orchard Grass Hay as soon as you can, and try and get that Tortoise used to eating that and grasses as soon as you can. The 1st year is the tough part and you want to try and be sure that you are providing the tortoise with a balanced diet so it's as sound internally as externally. If you wind up housing your young
one indoors for the better part of the day, try and let it out at some point in the evening for exercise if anything. Good Luck and don't forget to ask questions when they arise.

P.S. Dont say we didn't warn ya..lol..They start off damn cute and then they are smashing Tokyo.
