I've linked another care sheet below, hope it's of some use to you.Once again Hexamita is mentioned, so read the care sheet and get the tortoise to a qualified vet, ASAP. Mention to the vet that you are concerned about Hexamita and make sure the tortoises urine is tested.
Best of luck.
Keep up the humidity make sure the tortoise has a soaking/drinking dish ( plant pot saucer works well) always available, and plenty of hiding places.
