Sad story. Get her to the vet again asap. Remember that Bells love and need high humidity. They are forest dwellers so should be kept MOSTLY shaded, with access to direct sunlight. The fact that she's drinking is at least promising. What is "her feed"? Bells love mushrooms, snails, slugs,bugs of just about any kind. Try to tempt her into eating using something different that might catch her attention. (alive) And lastly, I say this a lot, but it works often for a lot of problems...soak her.
