Yes, that is the question.

Also, I will be allowing them to bask in natural sunlight when the weather allows. How much direct sunlight per day, week, etc. Thanks, BB

BB, just leave them out in the sunlight if you can with a retreat for them to go to once they charge up in a cooler part of the yard. Or a hut of some sort. If you can't leave it outside, try and let it out as much as you can (supervised)so it can learn to graze.
