Do you have to soak hatchling salcuttas?New to forum..n/p

I am getting my hatchlimg salcuttas tommorow and was wondering if i had to soak them every other day or not.I have heard you dont have to soak them until they are one year old or so,true?Where can i find the grasses to grow indoors to feed them?Does anyone know what if any longterm affect a doublescute has on a salcutta.
