Brought it to a vet. the vet said that it is a case of torn ligaments. He basicaly sewed the penis back inside with sutres. I hope he knows what he is doing.
: As the other person said, it could be a prolapse of some kind.
: If it is the penis, you are probably amazed at the size.
: If it is smaller, it could be cloacal or intestinal prolapse.
: In any case, if it doesn't retract, get it to a vet soon. Don't let other tortoises by it as they can damage it.
