: Leslie, I'm sorry to say that if you have a wild caught leopard they are very hard to acclimate. If you can get it on a lawn in the sunshine your chances are better. The more you mess with it the more it will withdraw. Also, they do go through a winter slowdown in cooler climates.
: Heat it up to 80F, make sure it has water. (Leopards are one of the better tortoises at taking water from a dish.) And just leave it alone with some dark greens. Romaine and endive to get it started. You can move to other stuff once it gets going.
