I also work there. It is a horrible place to work. I consider my self a pretty reliable source on marine and freshwater aquariums, birds, and reptiles. Emphysis is placed on stocking the shelves and again stocking the shelves.Management has no knowledge on animals. Animals are merely money. I strongly suggest to purchase animals at small petshops. You will recieve much better quality and usually much better advice. Any large chain is the same. If I could write all of the horrid habitat conditions and lack of animal care i could convine everyone not to shop at these pet chains.
