A leopard and a redfoot would be very difficult to keep together. Once again if you had two captive raised animals the disease part should be of no concern. The habitat shouldn't be a problem either. You could keep them together since they are very similar in size but you would have to separate them at feeding. This would be very disruptive to their normal routine when you consider tortoises forage throughout the day.
