Weight vs plastron length on sulcata

About four weeks ago, I took in a sulcata tortoise however, I have never compared weight to size.
This one is ten inches plastron length and weighs in at 11lbs. For those of you who have experience with these
animals, doesn't that seem a bit light? Let me know if there is a reference for comparative size/weight in this species and others also.
