They can all roam your house. Our boxes have, but under a watchful eye. On occasion our female sulcata waits at the sliding glass door to be let in and she tours the family room, playroom, living room, kitchen and then heads back outside. Only once has she started to leave us a thank you gift and we were glade we had been watching her. It's cute now but it isn't something we want her to get use to. Our male at 28 lbs. use to bang the glass doors of his previous owners home. He has not been allowed to have the same experience. If you want something to roam the house, good luck. I don't think they can be potty trained. When they gotta go, they go.
