Hi,

Sure, my G. Sulcata's absolutely love it. And it is a great source of nutrition for them. I use it for food and as a substrate. Since the star is a herbivore you may want to try it. I use Orchard Grass Hay exclusively since it has a good mix of different types in it. Since you live in the islands it may be tough to get, try a feed store for horse's and cows and etc. Other than that you could always buy some online.
