i'd reccomend bringing them in right away if you won't want her to lay them outside. be sure to have a nesting spot available or there is a very good chance she will become eggbound and could die.
if your female is big enough (8-10 inches SCL) she could lay eggs within 3-4 weeks after copulation, though she also may not. if you notice that her appetite deminishes, and that she is pacing her cage, most likely she will be laying eggs within a week. redfoots usually lay between the hours of late afternoon-dusk but the process may take a few hours. if you see her digging, leave her alone until she finishes. good luck, and if you have any more questions, please feel free to email me.
