Hello do not use foods from the supermarkets. All of them contain poisons. Tortoise do not eat food from the supermarket until people start to feed it to them.

Do not feed any dog food or any cat foods or plants that can cause tortoise to have calcium problems chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, caliiflower, brusselsprouts, bok choy, beans, broccoli, parsley, lettuces. Fruit is okay for some turtles like redfoots sometimes, but not all the time. For russians fruit is not good.
I learned lots from a few people and I was feeding mine wrong.
