Considering,
that I have seen wild G. elegans as close as 30 kilometers from the Pakistani border, and that the habitat and climate is exactly the same on the other side of the border,
that there are a few scientific records on G. elegans from the Pakistani part of the Thar desert,
that the Pakistani part of the Thar is hard to access, even for Pakistani nationals, these days (heavy military presence),
I think we can safely assume that G. elegans exists in Pakistan.
It would be very interesting to find how this man found out that previous recordings from Pakistan are not valid.
