Back in December I posted a question asking if anyone knew
about what to do with a tortoise with a prolapsed rectum.
I don't think that anyone knew what to think. Well many
vet bills later I have found out the cause of the problem.
It was believed by the vet to be caused by worms, however
after several months of treatment and no end to the problem
I finally paid for an xray. My little sulcata had a bladder
stone. She is about six inches long and approx four inches
across. The stone was running across her body and it was
3 inches long by 2 inches wide. I don't know how she made it
for all that time without dying.

I popped for the surgery and now she is doing very well.
She was a Petco purchase.
