Oh Brad, need advice on an ANT exterminator

Brad,

I am completely at bay in the back yard with pharaoh, carpenter, and fire ants. I'm real worried that they are going to attack King Karl Kruiser at some point. Considering the volume of the amount of the ants I'm going to need to hire a TERMINATOR to get them under control inside and out. I really need your help in my selection process.

1. What kind of questions do I need to ask them to know for sure they can kill these ants outside and not hurt the torts.

2. What do you consider "assistance" from your clients when you go inside the house ? (ie: should I remove all socket plates? Clean out under sinks?,etc.)

3. Should I sign a continuing contract?
