About 4 and some inches
Still not up to best weight - but better than when he was at the doctors (which I assume was better than at the petstore, being that it took me 2 weeks to get him there)
Anyway he is at about 289 grams. (I weighed him last week)
Only thing I can think of is that Timothy Hay. I planted a DishGarden in his pen, but that was awhile ago. and he usually just walks thru it.
He seems to be fine... But I worry.


I wouldn't worry. How big is the tortoise? Is it male or female? I have several tortoises of different species that tear on a regular basis. Usually during nesting but I have heard of tortoises that appear to have a kind of alergy type symptom like you describe that could be plant related.
