Leslie,
what substrate is the tort on?
I had a case of runny nose in my largest sulcata twice.
I believe it was caused by the Timothy hay substrate that I used to use in her overnight shed.
My smaller sulcata has also had a very slight , clear bubbling a couple of times. I took her to the vet who didn't prescribe any meds, it just cleared up on it's own.
I no longer use Timothy Hay as a substrate in their night time shed, just plain old garden soil.Could be substrate or something irritating the nares, could be more serious.
Keep a close eye on the tort, if the bubbling continues, becomes worse, or other symptoms are noticed then a vet visit is your best bet.
Terry.
