Hi! I just got a pair of Greek tortoises Testudo greaca greaca.
They are very small and so cute! I understand that they like low humidity and a temp of about 80 degrees. I have a ceramic infrared heat lamp on one corner and it is measuring a hot spot of about 100-105 degrees directly underneath. Is this too hot of a hot spot? The rest of the area is about 78-82 degrees. What concerns me is that they lay under this heat source often and I do not want them to get burned. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Derrick
