Get it to a vet ASAP. That thick jelly urine is a distinct sign of hexamita or urinary infection. If you act at all, Flagyl will take care of this. If not, he will develop a secondary infection due to renal failure. You can't hurt him with a proper dosage of flagyl. He will die if the protozoa is present and goes untreated.
