I had a problem with a missing item, but Annie Lancaster who is behind Turtlestuff.com was very responsive. It took a long time to get the missing item, but I got it. As far as your problems go, my understanding is that Annie has some family medical issues at the moment so she probably needs some slack.

She is heavily involved in turtle and tortoise conservation and does wonderful things for the tortoise people. So I figure if my order was a little messed up, she was probably busy doing something a lot more important.
