Need help about Spaider Tortoise

Hi, everyone. I'm new here and international student so please
forgive my poor English. Well, I'm interested in Spaider
Tortoise. I'd like to know the average price of them(shop and
breeder) and how�@should I take care of them? I live in
California. California is good place to have them? What kind
stuff should I buy to keep them feel nice? I'm very begginer
about turtles so please help me. Thank you very much!
