Hermans tortoise not eating

Since coming out of hibernation last year my 8yrs old female hermans has stoped eating.Vets stumped.blood tests show no liver damage.I have been hand feeding and giving liquads straight into stomach as advised by 2 different vets.I give a varied diet of various veg and fruit + neutrabal.Lives with 2 males and had the run of the garden until this year when I had to remove her as she moves little.She is not egg bound.She was breed in this country (England)and I have had her for three years.I've had hermans for over 20yrs and not come across this problem before.Any ideas and help would be much appreciated.
