My tortoise, Skippy,seems to like dark colored foods and foods that have red in them. So I feed him a mix containing radicchio, red leaf romain, etc. and add some flowers-- red colored roses (with the hips), purple hibiscus flowers and so on. Oh and don't forget the occasional berry. Berries should be a treat and not part of the regular diet. Too many berries cause diarrhea and this is not good! I give Skippy fruit maybe twice a month.

P.S. Tortoises can go an awfull long time with out food and remain healthy. So don't worry.
