That was very nicely put.
Many of us didn't know Theresa well, she adopted 3 of my Leopard tortoises a few years back.
But I can't say that I knew her well.

Having been subcribed to various lists and forums I knew of conflicts that she had with others. And at times I can't say I agreed with her, but then again I never really knew the whole story.Or what might have ben going on in her personal life, away from the Internet and forums/lists etc.

But it was obvious that Theresa was very dedicated to doing everything she could for tortoises and turtles.
She was obviously very passionate about it, and earned the respect and friendship of many people.
Although I was not a close friend of Theresa and never got to know her well, her passing was a shock.
Like many others I'm truely sadened by her passing
and that she had reached a point where she felt life was no longer worth living.

" I can only imagine her suffering before making the decision she made & truly hope she is at peace now.

This has left a void in our community. "

Those words could not be truer, thank you for managing to put into words how I feel but couldn't find the words to say.

Theresa will be missed by many , many people. Like
you I too hope Theresa has found peace.
