I wouldn't mix species at all, you've been lucky up to now but by mixing species you're playing Russian roulette.
The radiated tortoise needs to be quarantined for at least 3 months before mixing it with any tortoise, I wouldn't put it in with any other species.
You didn't mention how big your other torts are, but sulcatas are very agressive and could easily injure the other shyer/smaller tortoises.
