You need to mix it up some more. Try providing a larger variety of greens. If your tortoise is passing visible urates there is a good chance it is not properly hydrated. Leopards do not usually pass solid urates. Make sure there is water available at all times. Leopards really like to drink.
I feed my leopards Kale and carrots (I actually highly recomend the carrots) along with escerole, endive, bok choy, parsley, cilantro, basil, Italian parsley and watercress. The leopards outside also get to graze. Leopards are heavy grazers. Grasses are probably the best thing for them.
: Urgent!!!!. I have a 1 year old leopard tortoise and it seems to be having a stomach problem. The other day I found some white feces along with normal kinda viscous feces. This has happened twice. Im not to sure what to do about it or where to take it. I feed my tortoise a mixture of kale, collards, and carrots. Plus I sprinkle some vitamins on his food everyday. What do I do.
