: : Q 1 - I know Russians are a great breed, but should I drive an extra hour to get a hatchling? Do adults bond as well? Should I look around all over the internet for CB hatchling Russians?

I'm assuming the hatchling is CB? And the adult you can get an hour closer is WC (or you're not sure)? Buying CB would be great, but smaller torts (hatchlings) have to watched very carefully outside because of birds, cats, etc., whereas, larger russians (4") generally aren't bothered by these things.

: : Q 2 - Can turtles go up ramps, or more importantly, will they?

Sure. As long as the ramp isn't ridiculously sloped. You'll need to 'train' him, but he'll catch on.

: : Alright that's more than 2, and I have a million more, but I don't want to overwhelm everyone. :P

: : Thanks for all the help, yall are extremely generous.
