Info on Russian Tortioses

Hello. I'm thinking about purchasing a Russian Tortiose. I'm a relative newbie, and don't know much about raising tortioses. Can someone please tell me what they should have for a diet? I know they have to be balanced, but I don't know the particulars. Also, what do I need for the Vivarium? A lamp with UV rays? a small pool? Also, I don't quite understand the hibernating process. Sorry I'm so bossy, but I can't seem to find any website on Russian Tortioses. I have a air conditioner in my room, and like to keep my room cool, this will be a problem, right? Thanks
