: After reading Juan's post about feeding torts water plants, I figured I'd give it a try. So I pulled some hyacinth from the RES's pond and gave a leaf to each of my sulcatas. One turned her nose up at it, but the other loved it! Since it's safe for red ear sliders, it's safe for other animals. A new food source, gotta love it!
