Those foods you listed aren't the best. They
won't supply much calcium or other nutrients
to the animal, and you should limit the amount
of fruit it consumes. Fruit doesn't go well
with some tortoises.
Russians can have health problems due to
the stress of being imported. This can lead
to loss of appetite. Have her checked
by a reptile savvy vet if you haven't already.
Make sure she is warm enough (75-85 during
the day with a 90F basking spot, as low as
the 60s at night, although 70-75 might be
better.) And keep her dry except for an
occassional soaking.
Better foods: turnip greens, mustard
greens, collard greens, grass, dandelions,
plantain, clover. Limit lettuces, no
spinach or parsley, and look at the following

Also,get a good calcium/d3 supplement like
Reptivite or Miner-All and sprinkle
it on the food a couple times a week.
And take her out on a walk in the yard
when you can. The sun might revive her.
