Russian Tortoise

I have had great success in feeding our Russian Tortoise endive, strawberries and zucchini until about a month ago. She no longer is interested in what I feed her. I don't know what else I can feed her. I am throwing away more food on a daily basis. Not sure if she is getting enough to eat. In the beginning she would eat a bowl of food not she barely touches it. Thanks
