In my experience I kept the males separated from other males. They use to fight and bite very strong when kept together. I will try to put some pics soon when I could to adapt my scaner to slides.
I don't know how your terrarium is planed. In the wild pancakes use rock cracks with dirt to nest. Perhaps a simulated area of virgin cork or flat stones could be useful.
My terrariums are outdoor with a protected area heated for resting, other area clean without dirt for the food, and a third and bigger area with some cork, dirt and a few grazing plants.
I kept them in pairs.
