Question for Niki

Hi Niki! Nice pics!! I have a question for you or for anyone else who's interested in answering. I've recently begun to let Tank out for the day in his pen. Today, he was out from 10AM til 7 this evening. I have shade and all provided naturally. My question is: When I bring him in, he kinda looks around like 'oh, I'm back home, cool.' and promptly goes to bed. Is this normal? I'm assuming being out in the 'fresh air' wears him out! :o)
