fruit is not recommended for sulcatas, they are grazing herbivores.
Fruits can quickly lead to loose stools and digestive problems including colic.
Instead of fruit you can feed Opuntia ( prickly pear) cactus. This is the only * fruit* they would find in the wild. Most of their diet is course grasses and other edible weeds/plants/flowers. Even the opuntia can cause loose stools if fed too often, I grow it for my torts and feed it maybe once every week to ten days.
